Andrew Dacombe

Andrew specialises in helping organisations rethink how technology, people and place work together, designing workplace technology that supports hybrid working and confidential practice without ever getting in the way. His career spans senior transformation roles at Avanade, TalkTalk and Telefónica, giving him a rare vantage point across both consulting delivery and in-house leadership of major workplace change.

With over two decades of experience leading large-scale technology transformation for global organisations, Andrew most recently led the technology workstream for a leading law firm's move to its new global headquarters—one of London's most ambitious legal workplace transformations —and worked closely with CXOs and the Partnership Board.

Through Silverstorm Consulting, Andrew is advising organisations on technology-enabled workplace transformation, operating model design, and the practical execution needed to turn ambitious change programmes into lasting results.

Andrew regularly shares his insights at industry events and is open to speaking engagements focused on workplace technology and transformation.
